Mt. Auburn Cemetery

America’s first garden cemetery. Like Boston’s other garden cemetery, this beautiful historic landmark is worth the visit if only for its beauty and observation tower. The fact that it’s full of many big names in science, technology and the arts makes it all the better. Stop by the visitor center and buy the $1 map. It will give you all the details you need to enjoy your visit.
